Mission
The firm acts as service and consulting venture for the Medical Device & IVD industry with special focus on Molecular Diagnostics, serving the clients from two sites: Bavaria, Germany, and Bay Area, California.
Your Ideas Consulting was founded in 2012 by Juergen Friedrichs after more than 20 years of career success in multiple management positions in this industry.
We are specialized in not being a specialist; instead the focus in our methods, attitude, deliverables, processes and services lies in "bringing together the pieces".
Even in complex project situations we are capable of quickly switching between the views of various disciplines and department perspectives within the client’s organization.
